Unlike mass-produced fashion jewelry that can fade, tarnish, or lose its luster over time, our permanent bracelets and anklets are made to endure. Each chain is created from authentic, certified 14/20 gold-filled material or solid gold — ensuring lasting brilliance, strength, and resistance to everyday wear.
To honor our promise of quality, every purchase is protected under our 5-year warranty. This warranty covers any tarnishing, loss of color, or weld breakage that may occur under normal conditions of use. If your jewelry ever loses its shine or a weld separates, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost to you, so your piece continues to look as radiant as the day it was applied.
All warranty services are handled in-person at our studio or at one of our scheduled event locations. We recommend keeping your original booking or purchase information to help us verify your piece and provide a seamless experience.

Warranty Limitations & Conditions
Please note that our warranty applies exclusively to jewelry pieces that can be physically inspected and assessed by our team. Because each item is custom-fitted and welded directly to the wearer, we must evaluate the piece in person to determine the cause of any damage or flaw.
Our 5-year warranty becomes void if a permanent bracelet, anklet, or any other permanent jewelry piece is lost, misplaced, or intentionally removed. The warranty covers only the repair or replacement of items that are brought to our studio (or to one of our scheduled event locations) for professional inspection. This ensures that each claim is handled with the same care, precision, and integrity as the day your jewelry was created.
