Unused Items

To qualify for a standard return or exchange, jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and remain in the unopened, tamper-evident packaging. Once packaging is opened, the item is considered used for hygiene and safety purposes and may no longer be eligible for return.

Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty clasp, misaligned stone, structural flaw), you may qualify for a return or exchange even if opened. All defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or accidental damage are not considered manufacturing defects.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made outside this period may not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt, order confirmation email, or other valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Without proof, we cannot verify eligibility.
